基于GIS的地下管线全周期动态管理研究

摘要 为解决城市地下管线多头管理和审批、数据更新慢和共享难等问题,实现地下管线科学化、信息化和精细化管理,提出了地下管线全周期动态管理的工作机制。本文利用GIS、GPS、云计算和移动互联等先进技术,探讨了多部门业务协同的地下管线全周期管理流程,构建了地下管线全周期管理数据库,开发了地下管线全周期管理平台,实现了地下管线的“一张图”展示、地下管线从规划、设计、审批、建设、核查、应急以及更新维护全周期管理、地下管线综合分析等功能,为地下管线的规划、建设、管理和运行提供服务支持,有效提高了城市智能化管理水平。 In order to solve the problems of multiple management and approval of urban underground pipelines,slow data update and difficulty in sharing,and realize scientific,informatization and fine management of underground pipelines,the working mechanism of dynamic management of underground pipelines in full cycle is put forward.In this paper,advanced technologies such as GIS,GPS,cloud computing and mobile internet are used to discuss the full-cycle management process of underground pipelines with multi-department business cooperation,construct the full-cycle management database of underground pipelines,and develop the full-cycle management platform of underground pipelines.It implements the“One map”of underground pipeline display,underground pipeline from planning,design,examination and approval,construction,inspection,emergency and update maintenance cycle management,comprehensive analysis of the underground pipeline,and other functions,for the planning,construction,management and operation of underground pipelines,which provide service support for improving the urban intelligent management level.
