摘要
首先分析了当前城市地下管线管理面临的种种问题,然后运用GIS、GPS、移动通讯及云计算等技术,设计并实现了多部门联动协同的城市地下管线全生命周期管理信息平台,规范了管线从规划、建设、监管到运维的全生命周期管理流程,实现了城市地下管线跨部门的"信息共享、业务协同及智能应用"。该平台极大缓解了城市地下管线管理脱节所导致的种种"城市病",平台的建设思路对国内其他地区具有一定的借鉴意义。
In view of the current “ disjointed-management” problem in the urban underground pipeline management, this paper uses GIS, GPS,mobile communication and cloud computing technology,designs and develops the whole life cycle management information platform for urban underground pipelines based on multi sector linkage and coordination. This plat-form regulates the whole life cycle management process of the urban underground pipeline from the planning, construction, supervision to the operation. In addition, the platform realizes the information sharing,business collaboration and intelligent application of urban underground pipelines and greatly cures the “ urban diseases” caused by “ disjointed-management” problem. The construction of this platform has certain reference significance for other regions in china.
