摘要
目的 分析我国寒区卫勤相关研究的现状并探讨研究的热点,为我军寒区卫勤保障进一步发展提供新思路。方法 检索中国知网(China national knowledge infrastructure, CNKI)数据库,自2000-01至2021-10月国内学者发表的有关寒区军队卫勤保障的相关文献,运用CiteSpace软件对关键词聚类和突现分析,以及作者和研究机构等进行可视化分析。结果 共纳入207篇中文文献,2000年后发文量总体呈上升趋势。目前国内研究团队相互间合作较少,发文量最高的是解放军960医院的刘同亭,载文最高的期刊为《解放军预防医学杂志》,近20年高频关键词前3位为“寒区”“卫勤保障”“高原寒区”。关键词突现分析显示,高原寒区、菌群失调可能为未来研究热点。结论 我国各研究机构应加强进一步的跨地域合作,菌群失调、高原寒区是近年及未来可能继续探讨的热点。
Objective To analyze the current situation of related research on medical support in cold regions of China and discuss the hot spots of the research, so as to provide new ideas for the further development of medical support in cold areas of our army. Methods The relevant literatures on military medical support in cold regions published by Chinese scholars were searched from China national knowledge infrastructure(CNKI) from January 2000 to October 2021, clustering and emergent analysis of keywords were analyzed by CiteSpace, and the visual analysis to the author and the research institution and so on was carried on. Results A total of 207 Chinese articles were included. The number of articles published has increased since 2000. At present, there was little cooperation among domestic research teams, the person with the highest volume of articles was LIU Tongting from NO.960 Hospital of People′s Liberation Army, the journal with the highest content was the Journal of Preventive Medicine of Chinese People′s Liberation Army. In the past 20 years, the top 3 high-frequency key words were "cold region", "medical support" and "plateau cold region". Key words emergent analysis showed that cold region and flora imbalance might be the focus of the research. Conclusion Research institutions should strengthen further cross-regional cooperation. Dysbacteriosis and cold regions of the plateau are the hot spots that may continue to be discussed in recent years and in the future.
