摘要
“双碳”目标下,冷链物流业低碳化、绿色化发展已成为必然趋势。农产品冷链物流绿色发展和实现“双碳”目标,是冷链物流可持续发展的重要路径,也是促进高质量发展的必然要求。本文基于双碳目标,对甘肃省农产品冷链物流发展现状进行深层次分析,阐述了其存在的问题,提出推进智慧物流,物流电商协同发展、加强基础设施建设,构建现代冷链物流体系、加大人才培养及引进力度,强化技术支撑等措施优化甘肃省农产品冷链物流发展,实现双碳目标,促进其可持续发展。
Under the goal of"dualcarbon",the low-carbon and green development of cold chain logistics industry has become an inevitable trend.The green development of agricultural cold chain logistics and the realization of the"dualcarbon"goal is an important path for the sustainable development of cold chain logistics,and it is also an inevitable requirement for promoting high-quality development.Based on the dual-carbon goal,this paper makes a deep analysis of the development status of agricultural cold chain logistics in Gansu Provinceandexpounds its existing problems.Then,countermeasures are proposedto optimize the development of agricultural cold chain logistics in Gansu province,such as promoting intelligent logistics,coordinated development of logistics e-commerce,strengthening infrastructure construction,building a modern cold chain logistics system,increasing talent training and introduction,and strengthening technical support,in order to achieve the dual carbon goal and promote its sustainable development.
