摘要
临床技能是医学生的基本功,医学生能否熟练掌握临床技能是衡量临床教学质量的重要指标。为改进以往临床技能教学中存在的问题,提高临床技能的教学质量,培养具备多元化能力的医学人才,广州医科大学进行了混合教学模式的构建与实践。本研究将传统的各学科临床基本技能和相关课程内容整合在一起,进行整体优化和改革创新,重新划分理论及实践教学课时比例,结合模拟教育理念与现代化信息技术,构建出了“双中心四螺旋”的混合教学模式,形成了一门跨学科、多层次、综合性的全新实践技能课程体系。通过与传统教学模式对比发现,“双中心四螺旋”混合教学模式可促进学生临床操作技能、临床思维与决策能力、沟通及协作及人文关怀能力的提高,有效地提升教学效果。
Clinical skills are the basic skills of medical students,and whether medical students can master clinical skills is an important indicator to measure the quality of clinical teaching.To improve the problems existing in the teaching of clinical skills in the past,improve the teaching quality of clinical skills,and cultivate medical talents with diversified abilities,Guangzhou Medical University has carried out the construction and practice of mixed teaching mode.This study integrates the traditional basic clinical skills and related course content of various disciplines,carries out overall optimization,reform and innovation,redivides the ratio of theoretical and practical teaching hours,combines simulation education concepts and modern information technology,and constructs a mixed teaching mode of"dual center and four helixes",forming an interdisciplinary,multi-level and comprehensive new practical skills course system.By comparing with the traditional teaching mode,it is found that the"dual center and four helixes"mixed teaching mode can promote the improvement of students'clinical operation skills,clinical thinking and decision-making ability,communication and collaboration and humanistic care ability,and effectively improve the teaching effect.
