摘要
目的:结合临床技能竞赛骨科项目及成绩的总结分析,探讨骨科临床技能教学方法,提高培训质量。方法:总结某医科大学2017年所组织的医学生临床技能竞赛骨科项目的成绩,进行统计分析,发现普遍存在的问题,提出改进的建议,积累培训经验。结果:31支代表队分A组17支队伍(五年制组),B组14支队伍(长学制组)。A、B两组各队的成绩均符合正态分布,A、B两组之间差异无统计学意义(P>0. 05)。结论:临床技能竞赛在一定程度上客观反映出骨科临床技能实际培训水平,对成绩认真分析总结,可以为有针对性地改进培训方法提供依据,从而提高骨科整体的临床实践教学水平。
Objective: According to the orthopedics projects in clinical skills competition and performance analysis,explore teaching methods of orthopedic clinical skills and improve the quality of training. Methods: Summarize the results of orthopedic projects in the medical students’ clinical skills competition organized by a medical university in 2017,conduct statistical analysis,find ubiquitous problems,propose suggestions for improvement,and accumulate training experience. Results: 31 teams were divided into group A of 17 teams( five-year-system group),and group B of 14 teams( long-term-system group). The results of each group were in line with the normal distribution and there was no significant difference between group A and group B( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: Clinical skills competition is,to some extent,an objective reflection of the actual level of orthopedics clinical training. A Serious analysis of the results can provide a basis for targeted improvement,thus improve the overall teaching level of orthopedics practice.
