机械通气与支气管肺泡灌洗治疗重症呼吸衰竭效果分析 被引量:2

Analysis of the Effectiveness of Mechanical Ventilation and Bronchoalveolar Lavage in the Treatment of Critical Respiratory Failure

摘要 目的探讨重症呼吸衰竭患者接受机械通气、支气管肺泡灌洗联合治疗的效果与价值。方法随机选取2021年3月—2023年3月沛县人民医院收治的重症呼吸衰竭患者70例,按照随机数表法分为两组,各35例。对照组患者单纯予以机械通气治疗,观察组患者采取机械通气、支气管肺泡灌洗联合治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果观察组总有效率(97.14%)高于对照组(77.14%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.590,P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组血氧分压、血氧饱和度均高于对照组,二氧化碳分压低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组通气功能指标均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床治疗重症呼吸衰竭可采取机械通气、支气管肺泡灌洗联合方式治疗,效果显著,可有效改善炎症水平,减少并发症。 Objective To explore the effect and value of mechanical ventilation and bronchoalveolar lavage combined treatment for patients with severe respiratory failure.Methods 70 patients with severe respiratory failure admitted to Peixian People's Hospital from March 2021 to March 2023 were randomly selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 35 patients in each group.The control group patients were treated with mechanical ventilation alone,while the observation group patients were treated with a combination of mechanical ventilation and bronchoalveolar lavage.Compared the treatment effects between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group(97.14%)was higher than that of the control group(77.14%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.590,P<0.05).After treatment,the blood oxygen partial pressure and blood oxygen saturation in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,while the carbon dioxide partial pressure was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the ventilation function indicators in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Clinical treatment of severe respiratory failure can be treated with the combination of mechanical ventilation and bronchoalveolar lavage,which is effective in improving the level of inflammation and reducing complications.
