摘要
目的了解2022年合肥市鼠、蟑螂、蚊及蝇的种群构成、不同生境密度及季节消长规律,为开展病媒生物防治提供科学依据。方法分别采用夹夜法、粘捕法、诱蚊灯法和笼诱法对鼠、蟑螂、蚊、蝇进行监测。结果2022年合肥市平均鼠密度为0.46%,高峰期在5月,优势种为小家鼠,不同生境鼠密度差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.316,P=0.150)。蟑螂平均密度指数为2.88只/张,高峰期在7月,优势种为德国小蠊,餐饮行业蟑密度最高,不同生境蟑密度差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=18.539,P=0.005)。蚊密度平均为4.35只/(灯·夜),季节消长呈双峰型,先后为6月和9月,优势种为淡色库蚊,不同生境蚊密度差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=9.295,P=0.098)。蝇平均密度为4.43只/笼,高峰期在6月,优势种为家蝇,不同生境蝇密度差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.096,P=0.192)。结论合肥市主要病媒生物优势种分别为小家鼠、德国小蠊、淡色库蚊和家蝇,重点行业、农贸市场、餐饮、牲畜棚是防治的重点区域。
Objective To learn the population structure,density,seasonal fluctuation of rodents,mosquitoes,flies and cockroaches in Hefei in 2022 and provide scientific basis for vector control.Methods Rodents,cockroaches,mosquitoes and flies were monitored respectively with night trapping method,sticky trapping method,lamp trapping method and cage trapping method.Results In 2022,the rodent density in Hefei was averaged as 0.46%,and peaked in May.The dominant species was Mus musculus.There was no significant difference in rodent density among habitats(χ^(2)=5.316,P=0.150).The density of cockroaches was averaged as 2.88 insects per sheet,and peaked in July.The dominant species was Blattella germanica.The restaurant industry held the highest cockroach density.There were significant differences in cockroach density among habitats(χ^(2)=18.539,P=0.005).The density of mosquitoes was 4.35 insects per lamp at one night.The seasonal fluctuation of mosquito density showed a bimodal curve,with one peak in June and the other in September.The dominant mosquito species was Culex pipiens pallens.There was no significant difference in mosquito density among habitats(χ^(2)=9.295,P=0.098).The fly density was averaged as 4.43 insects per cage,and peaked in June.The dominant population was Musca domestica.There was no significant difference in flies density among habitats(χ^(2)=6.096,P=0.192).Conclusion The dominant species of vectors in Hefei City were Mus musculus,Blattella germanica,Culex pipiens pallens and Musca domestica.Key industries,farmers’markets,catering and livestock sheds were the key areas for prevention and control.
