2022年合肥市高刘镇科技园区蝇类监测

摘要 目的了解合肥市高刘镇科技园区的蝇密度、种类构成、分布和季节消长情况,为蝇类防控提供科学依据。方法采用笼诱法调查蝇类密度,采用SPSS 22.0对月均气温和蝇密度等进行相关性分析。结果2022年在高刘镇科技园区共布放诱蝇笼268只,诱捕成蝇2466只,蝇密度9.2只/笼。捕获的蝇属7科15属19种,优势种为棕尾别麻蝇,占42.80%。园区蝇密度季节消长呈双峰分布(即4—7月和8—11月),7月达到最高峰;1月、2月和12月,园区外环境基本无蝇。月均气温和蝇密度间呈显著正相关关系(r=0.553,P<0.05)。结论初步掌握了高刘镇科技园区蝇类密度、生境分布和季节消长情况,建议在蝇类活动高峰期前及早采取综合防治措施,降低蝇密度和减少疾病的发生。 Objective To understand the density,species composition,distribution and seasonal fluctuation of flies in Gaoliu Science Park of Hefei City,and provide scientific basis for fly prevention and control.Methods The density of flies was investigated by cage trapping method.The correlation between monthly mean temperature and fly density was analyzed with SPSS 22.0.Results A total of 268 fly cages were placed in 2022,and 2466 adult flies were captured with an average density of 9.2 flies per cage.The captured flies belonged to 19 species in 15 genera of 7 families,dominated by Boettcherisca peregrina(42.80%).The seasonal distribution of fly density showed bimodal(from April to July and from August to November),with the highest peak in July.In January,February and December of 2022,there were few adult flies captured in the external environment.There was a significant positive correlation between average monthly air temperature and fly density(r=0.553,P<0.05).Conclusion The density,habitat distribution and seasonal fluctuation of flies in Gaoliu Science Park are preliminarily understood.It is suggested that comprehensive control measures should be taken before the peak of fly activity to reduce the density of flies and the occurrence of diseases.
