摘要
文件连续体理论在档案数据治理过程中仍然具有强大生命力。立足大数据时代背景,从档案数据治理内涵出发,分析文件连续体理论在档案数据治理过程中的适用性,提出将文件连续体理论引入档案数据治理过程,建立连续治理思维,构建连续治理模型,并从治理环境、治理机制、治理体系、治理能力等方面探索档案数据连续治理路径。
The theory of record continuum still has strong vitality in the process of archival data governance.With the big data era as research background,to begin from the connotation of archival data governance,this paper analyzes the applicability of the theory of record continuum in the process of archival data governance and proposes to introduce the theory of record continuum into the process of archival data governance,establish a continuous governance mentality,build a continuous governance model,and explore the path of archival data continuous governance from the aspects of governance environment,governance mechanism,governance system and governance capability,etc.
