介绍了刚果(金)某中资企业钴铜冶炼厂工艺特点,分析了该厂通过控制电积液品质、电积液添加剂的加入比例和方式,保持良好的日常槽面管理等工艺优化,在333 A/m~2电流密度工况下生产A级铜的实践过程,详细介绍了生产过程中针对电积铜硫含量超标、电积铜铅含量超标等问题的技术解决方案。
This paper introduces the process characteristics of a Chinese-funded enterprise's cobalt copper smelter in the Democratic Republic of Congo.The paper analyzes the practical operation of producing grade-A copper under 333 A/m~2 current density condition by controlling the quality of electrowinning solution,the proportion and method of adding electrowinning solution additives,and maintaining good daily tank surface management,and introduces the detailed technical solutions to address issues such as excessive sulfur content in EW copper and excessive lead content in EW copper during the production process.
