摘要
国外某铜矿中黄铜矿与黄铁矿紧密共生,金、银主要以类质同象状态及超显微包裹赋存于黄铜矿中,为综合回收其中的伴生金和银,同时尽可能提高铜的回收水平,依次进行了探索试验、药剂种类和用量试验、再磨试验以及闭路试验。结果表明:原矿经磨矿后采用两粗三精一扫闭路浮选工艺流程,粗精矿再磨,粗磨细度-0.074 mm占75%,石灰作为脉石抑制剂和p H调整剂,再磨细度-0.043 mm占90%,亚硫酸钠和硫酸锌作为抑制剂,2~#油作为起泡剂,可获得铜、金、银品位分别为15.09%、3.40 g/t、396.60 g/t,回收率分别为90.56%、63.37%、74.79%的铜精矿。
In one foreign copper ore, copper pyrite is closely coexisting with iron pyrite, the occurrence of gold and silver in copper pyrite in isomorphism state and ultra-microscopic excapsulation;the probe test, reagent type and dosage test, regrinding test and the closed circuit test are carried out in turn in order to comprehensive recovery of the associated gold and silver, and increase copper recovery as much as possible. The results show, the raw ore shall be treated after ore grinding by the following processes: the closed circuit flotation process flow with two times rough flotation, three times concentration and one scavenging, the rough concentrate shall be regrinded, the coarse grinding fineness is-0.074 mm with 75%, lime is used as the gangue inhibitor depressor and pH regulator, the regrinding fineness is-0.043 mm with 90%, sodium sulfite and zinc sulfate is used as the inhibitor depressor, 2~#oil is taken as the foaming agent, therefore, the copper concentrate can be got with the grade of copper, gold, silver separately is 15.09%, 3.40 g/t, 396.60 g/t, the recovery rate separately is 90.56%, 63.37%, 74.79%.
