摘要
带钢边部质量直接影响着热轧产品的后续加工和使用。对热轧带钢边部质量缺陷进行了分析,确定了热轧带钢翘皮缺陷、边部小翘皮缺陷和孔洞缺陷与定宽机锤头表面质量、立辊表面质量以及侧导板磨损情况有关。结果表明:锤头温度急速上升又下降导致应力集中,以及锤头的孔型设计,均是造成锤头表面裂纹及掉块缺陷的主要原因;立辊表面粗糙粘钢和侧导板磨损后产生火花等问题,均影响带钢表面质量。通过对锤头孔型和冷却方式、立辊材质和立辊润滑使用方法、以及卷取侧导板控制技术进行优化改进,热轧带钢轧制翘皮缺陷、小翘皮缺陷由0.234%降低到0.108%,带钢边部缺陷发生率明显下降,带钢边部质量得到明显改善。
Edge quality of the strip directly affects the subsequent processing and use of hot rolled products.The edge quality defects of hot rolled strip are analyzed,and it is determined that the rolling warping of the strip,the small warping at edge and the hole defects are related to the surface quality of the hammer head,the surface quality of the vertical roll and the wear of the side guide plate.The results show that the rapid increase and decrease of hammer head temperature lead to stress concentration,as well as the pass design of the hammer head,which are the main reasons for surface cracks and block falling defects of the hammer head.The rough surface of vertical roll with steel sticking and the formation of sparks after the wear of the side guide plate all affect the surface quality of the strip.Through the improvement of the pass and cooling mode of the hammer head,the material and the lubrication method of the vertical roll,and the control technology of the side guide plate at the coiling side,the rolling warping defects of hot rolled strip and small warping defects during cold rolling have been reduced from 0.234%to 0.108%,the occurrence rate of the edge defects of the strip has been significantly reduced,and the edge quality problems of the strip have been significantly improved.
