摘要
针对某镀锡板厂高速冷联轧机组升减速出口带钢表面擦划伤缺陷,在实地调查的基础上展开技术分析,旨在找到缺陷产生的原因,并从理论上探讨解决方案,应用最新的加工制造技术予以解决;结合生产工艺,采用六西格玛的方法,锁定缺陷源头,立足于装备本身运用理论力学和摩擦学的相关原理对缺陷产生的机理进行了解析,并运用当下新材料和涂层技术对现有装备进行了成功的改进;开拓了冶金板带行业辊道传动设计的新方向。
In this paper,the surface scratch defect of strip steel at the lift and deceleration outlet of high speed cold tandem rolling mill in a tin plate factory is analyzed on the basis of field investigation,in order to find out the cause of the defect,and theoretically discuss the solution,and apply the latest processing and manufacturing technology to solve it.Combined with the production process,the method of six Sigma is adopted to lock the source of defects.Based on the equipment itself,the mechanism of defects is analyzed by using the relevant principles of theoretical mechanics and tribology,and the current new materials and coating technology is used to improve the existing equipment successfully.This paper opens up a new direction of roller table drive design in metallurgical plate belt industry.
