摘要
劳动实践教育基地是开展劳动教育的有效载体,结合专业特色开展劳动教育,能够发挥专业育人优势。中医药高等院校结合中医药特色,借助体验经济理论,开发中医药康养劳动教育实践基地。通过推动劳动教育实践主题化体验、以正面线索强化劳动光荣的主题印象、减少劳动教育的负面印象、提供劳动纪念品加深学生对劳动体验的印象,通过学生感官体验来加强劳动教育对学生的影响,将劳动教育与中医药专业技能提升协同发展,持续推动劳动育人走深走实,探索可持续发展的劳动教育模式。
Labor practice education base is an effective carrier for labor education,it is combined with professional features to carry labor education,giving full play of professional education.With the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine and the help of experience economy theory,higher education institution of traditional Chinese medicine develops a practice base for health care and labor education in traditional Chinese medicine.It can help promote the thematic experience of labor education practice,strengthen the theme impression,reduce the negative impression,provide labor souvenirs to enhance labor experience,attach importance to the impact of students’sensory experience.It can also develop labor education and the improvement of professional skills of traditional Chinese medicine in a coordinated manner,so as to explore a good way to realize sustainable labor education models.
