老年人肌少症风险因素及管理的研究进展

摘要 肌少症是一种与年龄相关的、高发的、难治的老年病,在住院患者及康复中心较为常见,如果不够重视,不及时预防,可能会造成老年人多种并发症的发生,产生一系列不良后果。因此,了解老年人肌少症的风险因素、发病机制、诊断方法、干预手段,对于医护人员及老年人家属及时发现患者的发病风险,并及时施行相关防护管理策略十分重要。老年肌少症除与年龄因素密切相关外,还与性别、运动量、营养状况、原发病等因素相关,是多种因素共同作用的结果。因此,深入探索肌少症的危险因素,有助于完善该疾病的诊断方法、明确其发病机制、尽早开展早期筛查及预防工作。 Sarcopenia is an age related geriatric disease with high incidence and difficult treatment,which is common in hospitalized patients and rehabilitation centers.If no enough attention is paid and no timely prevention is given,it may cause a variety of complications in the elderly,resulting in a series of adverse consequences.Therefore,understanding the risk factors,pathogenesis,diagnosis methods,and intervention means of sarcopenia in the elderly is very important for the medical staff and family members to timely identify the risks and implement relevant protection management strategies.In addition to being closely related to age,geriatric sarcopenia is also related to many factors such as gender,exercise amount,nutritional status and primary disease,which is the result of a combination of multiple factors.Therefore,in-depth exploration of the risk factors for sarcopenia can help to improve the diagnostic methods of the disease,clarify its pathogenesis,and carry out early screening and prevention work as soon as possible.
