摘要
目的探讨乌鲁木齐市中老年人握力、步速与肌肉量关联性。方法以乌鲁木齐市50岁以上中老年人群为调查对象,用整群抽样的方法在乌鲁木齐市随机选取6个社区,共调查符合纳入排除标准的中老年人1 249人(男性390人,女性889人),利用握力器、秒表、人体成分分析仪等仪器测定握力、步速及肌肉量。结果握力、步速、肌肉量分布:不同年龄段之间总体分布不同且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);男性与女性之间同一年龄段相比,握力、步速、肌肉量分布差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),男性握力、步速、肌肉量值均高于女性;各年龄段握力、步速、肌肉量分布差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),80岁以上者握力、步速、肌肉量最小;握力、步速与肌肉量均呈正相关性(r=0.572、0.198,P<0.01)。结论乌鲁木齐市中老年人握力、步速与肌肉量分布存在年龄、性别差异;建议对于中老年群体,分年龄、性别区分对待,适时合理干预,预防疾病发生,提高生活质量。
Objective To discuss the correlation between the grip strength,pace and muscle mass of the elderly in Urumqi.Methods In urumqi city people aged over50years as investigation object,1249people(male390,female390)from6communities in Urumqi according to the exclusion standard were randomly selected using cluster sampling method,the grip strength,pace and muscle mass were detected using the grips,stopwatch,and body composition analyzer instruments.Results The distribution of grip strength,step speed and muscle mass:the overall distribution of different ages was different with statistical significance(P<0.05).There was significant difference in the distribution of grip strength,pace and muscle mass between male and female at the same level of age(P<0.05),and men's grip strength,pace and muscle mass were higher than that of women.The difference of grip strength,pace,and muscle mass distribution in each age group was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the strength,pace and muscle mass of>80years old were the smallest.Grip strength,pace and muscle mass were positively correlated(r=0.572,0.198,P<0.01).Conclusion Age and gender differences exist in the distribution of grip strength,step speed and muscle mass in Urumqi;It is suggested that the elderly group should be separated by age and gender,and periodical and reasonable intervention should be made to prevent the occurrence of diseases and improve the quality of life.
