摘要
目的:分析透明质酸合酶2(HAS2)、ADAMDEC1蛋白与玻连蛋白(VTN)在脑胶质瘤组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法:将2021年8月至2022年8月本院收治的89例脑胶质瘤患者纳入观察组,另将同期本院行手术治疗的无任何肿瘤疾病的90例脑外伤患者纳入对照组,采集两组脑组织标本,检测对比其HAS2、ADAMDEC1蛋白、VTN表达的差异;另收集脑胶质瘤患者的年龄、性别等资料,统计分析HAS2、ADAMDEC1蛋白、VTN表达与患者各项临床病理特征之间的关系。结果:观察组的HAS2、ADAMDEC1蛋白、VTN阳性表达率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);HAS2、ADAMDEC1蛋白、VTN表达与脑胶质瘤患者的性别、年龄、肿瘤部位、体质量指数(BMI)无关,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);与肿瘤的直径、淋巴结转移、世界卫生组织(WHO)分级有关,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:HAS2、ADAMDEC1蛋白、VTN在脑胶质瘤患者癌组织内呈异常的高表达,三者的阳性表达与患者的肿瘤直径、WHO分级、淋巴结转移密切相关,参与肿瘤的发生与发展。
Objective:To analyze the expression and clinical significance of hyaluronan synthase 2(HAS2),ADAMDEC1 protein,and vitronectin(VTN)in glioma tissue.Methods:A total of 89 patients with brain glioma admitted to our hospital from August 2021 to August 2022 were included in the observation group,and 90 patients with brain trauma who underwent surgical treatment in our hospital during the same period without any tumor diseases were included in the control group.Brain tissue samples were collected from the two groups,and differences in HAS2,ADAMDEC1 protein,and VTN expression were detected and compared.Collecting age,gender and other data of glioma patients,and statistically analyzing the relationship between the expression of HAS2,ADAMDEC1 protein,VTN and various clinical pathological characteristics of patients.Results:The positive expression rates of HAS2,ADAMDEC1 protein,and VTN in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The expression of HAS2,ADAMDEC1 protein,and VTN was not associated with the gender,age,tumor site,and body mass index(BMI)of glioma patients,and the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05);It is related to the diameter of the tumor,lymph node metastasis,and World Health Organization(WHO)grade,and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:HAS2,ADAMDEC1 protein,and VTN are abnormally high expressed in the cancer tissue of glioma patients.The positive expression of these three proteins is closely related to the tumor diameter,WHO grade,and lymph node metastasis of the patients,and is involved in the occurrence and development of tumors.
