摘要
建设项目“多测合一”改革是贯彻落实党中央、国务院推进政府职能转变,深化“放管服”改革和优化营商环境的要求,是建设项目审批制度改革的重要内容。本文重点从管理机制、技术标准、共享应用和市场监管方面,介绍了深圳市“多测合一”实践经验,通过具体实施验证了其创新性和适用性。
“Integration of Multiple Survey”of construction projects is an important part of the reform of the construction project approval system.This paper mainly introduces the practical experience of“Integration of Multiple Survey”in Shenzhen from the aspects of management mechanism,technical standards,sharing application and market supervision,and verifies its innovation and applicability through specific implementation.
