摘要
介绍了DB11/T2322—2022的编制背景、思路、结构、内容与特点。该项地方标准是国内第一部全流程多测合一地方标准,在全流程、简约化、数据共享、一码管地等多方面居国内领先地位,建筑面积计算标准虽未统一,但采用的一测多用模式,既能避免重复测绘,又能基本消除测量误差对面积差的影响,即对于面积计算标准一致的建筑部位,保证了其房产面积与竣工面积的一致性。在北京市环球影城和冬奥滑雪场的应用表明,本标准实现了分阶段进行“多测合一”测绘事项的整合,减少重复测绘提升工作效率,节约工期10%~20%,可用于全市范围开展多测合一工作的统一标准,对兄弟省市开展类似工作有参考作用。
This paper introduces the background,thought,structure,content and characteristics of DB11/T2322—2022.This local standard is the first one in China,which combines multiple measurements in the whole process,simplifies the whole process,shares the data,and has a leading position in China in many aspects,such as one yard pipe,etc..Although the standard for calculating the construction area is not unified,however,the multi-purpose model can not only avoid repeated surveying and mapping,but also basically eliminate the influence of surveying error on area difference,that is,for the building parts whose area calculation standards are consistent,to ensure the consistency of its real estate area and completed area.The application of this standard in Universal Studios and Winter Olympic Games ski resort shows that this standard realizes the integration of multiple surveying and mapping events in stages,reduces repeated surveying and mapping,improves work efficiency,and saves 10%~20%of the construction period,it can be used as a unified standard for city-wide multi-test integration,which can be used as a reference for similar work in brother provinces and cities.
