摘要
高校作为培养人才的重要阵地,承担着服务社会、推动经济、促进科学技术进步以及培育综合型人才等重要责任。新时代背景下,伴随着国家高校人才扩招政策的贯彻与落实,高校教育教学管理工作不但需要根据当前社会经济发展需求来丰富教学内容、提高教学质量与教学水平,最大限度地满足学生个体发展需求,从而提高教学工作的品质,还应该在管理层面、服务层面上结合时代发展总体特征,提高管理工作的实效性、有效性。
As an important position to cultivating talents,colleges and universities undertake the important responsibilities of serving the society,promoting the economy,promoting the progress of science and technology and cultivating comprehensive talents.In the new era background,with the implementation of national university talent expansion policy,the management of education and teaching in colleges and universities not only needs to enrich the teaching content,improve the teaching quality and level according to the current social and economic development needs,meet the individual development needs of students to the greatest extent,so as to improving the quality of teaching in colleges and universities,but also combine the overall characteristics of the development of the times at the management level and service level to improve the effectiveness of management.
