摘要
目的分析逆行肾内输尿管软镜碎石术(RIRS)日间手术出院患者院外延续护理满意度的影响因素,为提高RIRS日间手术出院患者院外延续护理满意度提供参考。方法回顾性分析2022年7~11月在我科行RIRS日间手术160例出院患者的临床资料,包括年龄、性别、民族、婚姻状况、文化程度、疾病了解程度、是否与家人同住、随访方式、随访护士、是否有并发症等,采用Logistic回归模型分析院外延续护理患者满意度的影响因素。结果160例RIRS日间手术患者中,满意135例,满意率占84.4%;不满意25例,不满意率占15.6%。单因素分析结果显示,年龄、文化程度、随访护士、随访方式、是否与家人同住、疾病了解程度、是否有并发症方面比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。Logistic回归分析显示,年龄[OR=3.432,95%CI(1.044~11.288)]、文化程度[OR=4.235,95%CI(1.168~15.354)],随访护士[主管护师:OR=13.965,95%CI(2.325~83.882),副主任护师:OR=7.834,95%CI(2.02~30.386)],随访方式[OR=4.099,95%CI(1.291~13.009)]是影响RIRS日间手术出院患者院外延续护理满意度的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论护理人员要重视影响RIRS日间手术出院患者院外延续护理满意度的危险因素,结合患者的具体情况选择合适的随访方式进行个性化随访指导;加强低职称护士的技能培训,以提高院外延续护理质量,促进患者康复,提高患者的满意度。
Objective To analyze the influencing factors of satisfaction with out-of-hospital extended care in patients discharged from day surgery after retrograde intrarenal surgery(RIRS),and to provide reference for improving satisfaction with out-of-hospital extended care in patients discharged from day surgery after RIRS.Methods Age,sex,ethnicity,marital status,education level,understanding of the disease,whether living with family,follow-up methods,follow-up nurses,whether complications of 160 discharged patients who underwent RIRS day surgery in our department from July 2022 to November 2022 were retrospectively analyzed.The logistic regression model was used to analyze the influencing factors of patient satisfaction with extended care.Results Among the 160 RIRS day operation patients,135 were satisfied,the satisfaction rate accounted for 84.4%;25 cases were dissatisfied,with the dissatisfaction rate accounting for 15.6%.A total of 160 patients with RIRS day surgery were enrolled in this study,and 25 patients were not satisfied,accounting for 15.6%.The results of single factor analysis showed that age,education level,follow-up nurses,follow-up methods,whether living with family,understanding of the disease,and whether complications occurred were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that age[OR=3.432,95%CI(1.044~11.288)],education level[OR=4.235,95%CI(1.168~15.354)],follow-up nurses[nurse-in-charge:OR=13.965,95%CI(2.325~83.882),associate chief nurse:OR=7.834,95%CI(2.02~30.386)],follow-up methods[OR=4.099,95%CI(1.291~13.009)]were the independent risk factors of satisfaction with extended care outside the hospital in patients discharged from RIRS day surgery(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing staff should pay attention to the risk factors affecting the satisfaction of out-of-hospital extended care in patients discharged from RIRS day surgery.According to the specific conditions of patients,nursing staff can choose appropriate follow-up methods for personalized follow-up guidance,and strengthen the theory and communication skills training of nurses with low professional titles.These methods can improve the quality of extended care outside the hospital,promote the rehabilitation of patients,and improve the satisfaction of patients.
