摘要
文章通过一次大规模的医疗服务满意度调查的项目研究,分析了不同调查方式的优缺点以及在整个调查过程中的质量控制,为今后类似的调查设计和调查方案提供了理论和实践依据。
Through a large scale survey on satisfaction on medical service, this paper analyzed advantages and disadvantages of different survey methods and quality control during whole survey procedure, which could supply some theoretic and practical references for survey designs and plans in other projects.
