摘要
目的:分析在心跳呼吸骤停患者抢救的过程中迈松MSCPR-1D-B2多功能心肺复苏机的临床应用效果。方法:随机于本院接受心跳呼吸骤停抢救的患者中选取76例作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将其分为观察组与对照组,每组38例,观察组患者运用迈松MSCPR-1D-B2多功能心肺复苏机实施抢救,对照组患者运用徒手心肺复苏的方式实施抢救。结果:观察组患者抢救成功率、生存率相对于对照组患者来说明显较高,心率、呼吸频率、血氧饱和度、收缩压、舒张压等相关生命体征更为平稳,心肺复苏时间与自主呼吸恢复时间均明显较短,两组患者存在显著差异,P<0.05。结论:在心跳呼吸骤停患者抢救的过程中迈松MSCPR-1D-B2多功能心肺复苏机有着较为理想的临床应用效果,有助于抢救工作的顺利、高效开展。
Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of Meisone MSCPR-1D-B2 multifunctional cardiopulmonary resuscitation machine in the rescue of patients with cardiac and respiratory arrest.Methods:A total of 76 patients who received rescue treatment for cardiac and respiratory arrest in our hospital were randomly selected as experimental subjects and divided into study group and reference group according to random number table method,with 38 patients in each group.Patients in the study group were treated with Meisone MSCPR-1D-B2 multifunctional cardiopulmonary resuscitation machine.Reference group was treated with hands-free cardiopulmonary resuscitation.Results:The rescue success rate and survival rate of patients in the study group were significantly higher than those in the reference group,and the relevant vital signs such as heart rate,respiratory rate,blood oxygen saturation,systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure were more stable.The time of cardiopulmonary resuscitation and recovery time of spontaneous respiration were significantly shorter,with significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The MSCPR-1D-B2 multifunctional cardiopulmonary resuscitation machine has ideal clinical application effect in the rescue of patients with cardiac and respiratory arrest,which is conducive to the smooth and efficient development of rescue work.
