组蛋白修饰在脓毒症中的作用研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 脓毒症是由机体对感染反应失调引起的危及生命的器官功能障碍,同时也是危重症患者死亡的主要原因之一.在过去的几年间,尽管对脓毒症的治疗不断精进,但尚无特效疗法,其临床发病率和病死率仍在攀升.因此,寻找有效的治疗脓毒症的方法,降低病死率,是临床亟需解决的问题.组蛋白修饰是一种表观遗传学修饰,可以在不改变DNA序列的情况下产生可遗传的表型变化.近年来,多项研究表明组蛋白修饰与脓毒症的关系密切.本文从炎症因子、信号通路、巨噬细胞极化等方面阐述组蛋白修饰在脓毒症发病中的作用机制,以期为临床治疗脓毒症提供参考. Sepsis is a life-threatening organ dysfunction caused by dysregulated body response to infection.It is also one of the major causes of death in critically ill patients.Over the past few years,despite the continuous improvement in the treatment of sepsis,there is no specific treatment,clinical morbidity and mortality are still rising.Therefore,finding effective methods to treat sepsis and reduce mortality is an urgent clinical problem.Histone modification is an epigenetic modification that produces heritable phenotypic changes without altering the DNA sequence.In recent years,many studies have shown that histone modification is closely related to sepsis.This review discusses the mechanism of histone modification in the pathogenesis of sepsis from the aspects of inflammatory factors,signaling pathways,and macrophage polarization,in aimed to provide reference for the clinical treatment of sepsis.
