p38MAPK信号通路研究进展 被引量:29

摘要 丝裂素活化蛋白激酶(MAPK)属于丝蛋白/苏氨酸激酶,是一类接受受体传递的信号并将其带入细胞核内的重要分子,具有参与基因表达调控、细胞增殖和死亡的重要机制,在多种受体信号传递途径中均具有关键性作用。p38MAPK信号通路为MAPK家族的重要成员,不仅在炎症、应激反应中具有重要作用,还参与细胞的存活、分化和凋亡等过程,被认为是细胞众多信号转导通路的中转站。本文就p38MAPK生物学特性及其激活机制的最新研究进展做一综述。
