摘要
目的探讨福州市地区医疗机构输血科(血库)建设情况。方法选取2022年1—12月福建省福州市的37家医疗机构作为研究对象,对医疗机构内的输血科(血库)情况进行调查分析。使用SPSS 22.0软件对其进行统计学分析,对相关的结果进行描述性分析。结果在福州市的三甲医院中大多都设置有输血科,占三甲医院总数的50.00%,一级医院和二甲医院中检验科血库的设置分别占比62.50%和70.59%;在各个医院中,均为初级职称的工作人员占比最大,分别为41.79%、47.60%和55.56%,医技人员在输血库中的占比最大,分别为76.11%、73.56%以及72.22%。各级医院中没有博士工作人员,三甲医院中工作人员最多的是本科,二甲医院以及一级医院中大专工作人员最多;三甲医院中血浆类成分血用血平均量、红细胞类成分用血平均量、单采血小板用血平均量以及冷沉淀用血平均量都明显的高于二甲医院以及一级医院,其中三甲医院中血浆类成分血用血平均量最多。在三甲医院以及二甲医院中,均可以进行ABO血型鉴定,而一级医院中87.50%的医院能进行ABO血型鉴定。三甲医院中可以进行血小板抗体筛查的医院最多,其次为二甲医院,以及医院均不能进行血小板抗体筛查。在硬件设施方面,三甲医院的各个仪器设备都明显的比二甲医院和一级医院的多。结论福州市内的输血机构进行管理以及建设方面需要加大基础设施与设备的投入,加强人才队伍建设和培训,制定相应的管理制度,这样才能监督以及指导医疗机构输血科的工作。
Objective To explore the analysis of blood transfusion department(blood bank)construction in medical institutions in Fuzhou.Methods From January to December,2022,a total of 37 medical institutions in Fuzhou city,Fujian Province were selected as the research objects,and the blood transfusion departments(blood banks)in medical institutions were investigated and analyzed.SPSS 22.0 software was used for statistical analysis,and the relevant results were analyzed descriptively.Results Most of the top three hospitals in Fuzhou have blood transfusion departments,accounting for 50.00%of the total number of top three hospitals,and the blood banks of laboratory departments in first-class hospitals and second-class hospitals accounted for 62.50%and 70.59%respectively.In all hospitals,the staff with junior titles account for the largest proportion,accounting for 41.79%,47.60%and 55.56%respectively,and the medical technicians account for the largest proportion in the blood transfusion bank,accounting for 76.11%,73.56%and 73.56%respectively.There were no doctoral staff in hospitals at all levels,the most staff in top-three hospitals were undergraduates,and the most staff in second-class hospitals and first-class hospitals were junior college students.The average amount of blood component-like blood,red blood cell component blood,platelet apheresis blood and cryoprecipitate blood used in 3A hospitals were obviously higher than those in GradeⅡhospitals and GradeⅠhospitals,among which the average amount of blood component-like blood used in 3A hospitals was the most.ABO blood group identification could be carried out in Grade A hospitals and Grade A hospitals,while 87.50%hospitals in Grade A hospitals could carry out ABO blood group identification.Platelet antibody screening was the most common in Grade A hospitals,followed by Grade A hospitals and hospitals.In terms of hardware facilities,all the instruments and equipment in Grade A hospitals are obviously more than those in Grade A hospitals and Grade A hospitals.Conclusion There are still some problems in the management and construction of blood transfusion institutions in Fuzhou,Fujian Province.Need to increase the investment in infrastructure and equipment.Strengthen the construction and training of the talent team,and formulate the corresponding management system,so as to supervise and guide the work of the blood transfusion department of medical institutions.
