南京医科大学第二附属医院抓住创建南医大本科五年制临床教学示范基地的机遇,创新理念,明确三步走的战略。成功托管南京市第三医院并挂牌为二附院东院,同时独立设置南医大第二临床医学院。加强医院文化建设,强化主动服务,创建良好就医环境,建立社区服务网络。多措并举,加快人才队伍建设;准确定位,抓好特色学科建设。在短短的2年时间内,突破制约医院发展的瓶颈,开创医院工作的新局面。
The 2^nd Affiliated Hospital to Nanjing Medical University blazed new trials in drawing up a 3 - step strategy for the development of the hospital by seizing the opportunities of building a teaching demonstration base of Nanjing Medical University for undergraduates. It has successfully made Nanjing No. 3 Hospital its trust hospital and Eastern Compound of The 2nd Affiliated Hospital to Nanjing Medical University. It has established an independent clinical medical school of Nanjing Medical University. At the same time, the Hospital has intensified cultural construction, emphasized active service, created a good environment for patients and established a community service network. The Hospital has also attached great importance to bring up a contingent of talented personnel through various ways and to the building of a number of specialities with its own characteristics. As a result, a breakthrough has been made in the development of the Hospital and a new look has taken shape for the Hospital in just 2 years.
