摘要
总结四川省名中医杨怀兴副主任医师运用中药方剂结合中药灌肠治疗新冠重症肺炎经验。新型冠状病毒肺炎(corona virus disease 2019,COVID-19),一种以呼吸窘迫、发热、咳嗽、乏力、肺炎和肌肉疼痛为特征的疾病,其在中医中属“瘟疫”,当以阴阳毒论。杨老师认为新冠重症肺炎的重点在于守住心阳、护住心阴,现对其治疗新冠重症肺炎的机制理论、治则治法进行详细阐述,并附病案1则,以飨同道。
To summarize the experience of Yang Huai-xing in the treatment of severe COVID-19pneumonia with TCM prescription combined with TCM enema.Deputy chief physician Yang Huaixing is a famous Traditional Chinese Medicine in Sichuan Province,The coronavirus disease 2019,a disease characterized by respiratory distress,fever,cough,fatigue,pneumonia and muscle pain.In Traditional Chinese Medicine,Yinyangdu are regarded as“plague”.Yang believes that the key point of COVID-19is to protect the Yang and Yin of the heart.The author will elaborate on the mechanism theory and treatment principles from Yang Huaixing's experience for severe coronavirus pneumonia,lastly attaching a case report for your attention.
