摘要
基于资源依赖理论、创新理论、交易成本理论,利用沪深A股制造业上市公司2012-2020年的数据,实证检验了供应链集中度对企业创新绩效的影响,以及内部控制在其中的调节效应。研究发现:供应商集中度不利于企业创新绩效的提升,良好的内部控制可以有效地缓解供应链集中度对企业创新绩效的不利影响,且经过稳健性检验之后该结论依然成立;异质性分析结果表明,供应商集中度对国有企业创新绩效的抑制效应更显著,客户集中度显著负向影响技术密集型行业中的企业创新绩效。
Based on the resource-dependent theory,innovation theory and transaction cost theory,this paper empirically tests the impact of supply chain concentration on enterprise innovation performance and the regulatory effect of internal control in it,using the data of listed manufacturing enterprises in Shanghai and Shenzhen A-share from 2012 to 2020.The research finds that supplier concentration ratio is not conducive to the improvement of enterprise innovation performance,and good internal control can effectively alleviate the negative impact of supply chain concentration ratio on enterprise innovation performance,and this conclusion is still valid after the robustness test.The results of heterogeneity analysis show that supplier concentration ratio has a more significant inhibitory effect on innovation performance of state-owned enterprises,and customer concentration ratio hasa significantly negative impact on innovation performance of enterprises in technology intensive industries.
