摘要
数字化转型是企业实现可持续发展的重要保障。本文基于2014~2023年长三角地区制造业的沪深A股上市公司面板数据,实证探讨数字化转型与创新绩效的影响机制。结果表明,长三角地区制造业数字化转型对创新绩效具有显著的正向影响,研发投入在数字化转型与创新绩效之间起中介作用。Digital transformation is an important guarantee for enterprises to achieve sustainable development. This article empirically explores the impact mechanism of digital transformation and innovation performance based on panel data of Shanghai and Shenzhen A-share listed companies in the manufacturing industry of the Yangtze River Delta region from 2014 to 2023. The results indicate that the digital transformation of manufacturing in the Yangtze River Delta region has a significant positive impact on innovation performance, and R&D investment plays a mediating role between digital transformation and innovation performance.
