摘要
基于废胎胶粉复合改性沥青胶结料和混合料性能试验,优化得到最佳的干拌废胎胶粉与SBS掺量,并铺筑干拌废胎胶粉复合SBS改性沥青混凝土路面试验段。结果表明:干拌废胎胶粉复合SBS改性沥青混合料,具有优异的高低温性能、抗剪切性能与抗疲劳性能,推荐使用2.5%SBS+15.0%、20.0%干拌废胎胶粉和3.5%SBS+10.0%、15.0%干拌废胎胶粉复配方案。试验应用中3.5%SBS+15.0%干拌废胎胶粉复合改性沥青混凝土的综合路用性能优良,具有推广应用价值。
Based on the test on the compound of dry-mixed waste rubber powder and modified asphalt cement and properties of the compound,the proportions of dry-mixed rubber powder and SBS are optimized and a pavement section of dry-mixed rubber powder and SBS modified asphalt concrete is constructed for test.The results show that the compound of dry-mixed waste rubber powder and SBS modified asphalt mixture have excellent high-and-low-temperature,shear resistance and fatigue resistance properties.The compounding schemes of 2.5%SBS+15%,20%dry-mixed waste rubber powder and 3.5%SBS+10%,15%dry-mixed waste rubber powder are recommended.The comprehensive pavement performance of the composite modified asphalt concrete with 3.5%SBS+15%dry-mixed waste rubber powder is excellent in the test application,and is worthy of application and popularization.
