摘要
长链非编码RNA编码产物能够调控细胞核功能、细胞器代谢及Ca2+泵活性,并在心血管疾病、炎症性疾病、癌症和细胞分化中发挥不同的生物学功能。本文对如何预测和验证长链非编码RNA的编码能力、肽产物在不同疾病中的作用及作用机制等进行分析及阐述。
Long non-coding RNA encoded products regulate nuclear function,organelle metabolism and Ca2+pump activity,and perform different biological functions in cardiovascular disease,inflammatory diseases,cancer,and cell differentiation.In this paper,the prediction and verification of long non-coding RNA's coding ability,the action mechanism of peptide products and their role in different diseases were analyzed and elaborated.
