高职院校“双师型”教师动态调整机制研究 被引量:2

A Study on the Dynamic Adjustment Mechanism of Double-qualified Teachers in Higher Vocational Colleges

摘要 “双师型”教师动态调整有利于深化高职院校教育改革、提升高等教育质量、建设教育强国。基于相关专业文献研究和专业人士调查访谈,文章分析了“双师型”教师动态调整的必要性,提出高职院校“双师型”教师动态调整机制构建应重点关注的问题,明确了教师能进能出、能上能下、绩效能增能减的构建原则,并从管理标准、三级认定、四维评价和五层培养等方面探讨了建立健全高职院校“双师型”教师动态调整机制的策略,以期进一步优化高职院校师资队伍建设。 The dynamic adjustment of double-qualified teachers is conducive to deepening the education reform of higher vocational colleges,improving the quality of higher education,and building a powerful country in education.Through researches on relevant professional literature and interviews with professionals,the paper analyzes the necessity of dynamic adjustment of double-qualified teachers and proposes the key issues that need to be focused on in the construction of a dynamic adjustment mechanism for double-qualified teachers in vocational colleges.The construction principles of teachers being able to enter or leave,to go up or down,and to increase or decrease performance need to be clarified.The autonomy of vocational colleges should be further unleashed to promote the integration of industry and education,as well as school-enterprise cooperation.The management standards,three-level recognition,four-dimensional evaluation,and five-level training of double-qualified teachers should be firmly adhered to,effectively promoting the differentiation of performance assessment,and implementing dynamic adjustment institutionalization.
