“双高计划”背景下“双师型”教师队伍建设的困境分析及实施进路 被引量:2

Analysis of the Dilemma of“Dual-qualification”Teachers’Team Construction in the Context of“Double-high Plan”and the Path of Implementation

摘要 国家在新时期高度重视“双师型”教师队伍建设,相继出台了相关政策文件,明确把建成高水平“双师型”教师队伍作为职业教育高质量发展的重要任务。在剖析高职院校“双师型”教师队伍建设困境的基础上,结合“双高计划”建设要求,有针对性地从筑牢师德根基、健全发展机制、科学统筹双师培训、校企协同培养“双师”、打造高质量双师团队五个维度提出了高职院校“双师型”教师队伍建设的实施进路。 In the new era,the country attaches great importance to the construction of“dual-qualification”teachers’team,and has issued relevant policies and documents,clearly taking the construction of high-level“dual-qualification”teachers’team as an important task for high-quality development of vocational education.On the basis of analyzing the dilemma of“dual-qualification”teachers’team construction in higher vocational colleges,combined with the requirements of“Double-high Plan”construction,five specific dimensions of implementation path for the construction of higher vocational“dual-qualification”teachers team are proposed,i.e.,building a solid foundation of teacher morality,improving the development mechanism,scientific coordination of“dual-qualification”teacher training,college-enterprise collaboration in cultivating“dual qualification teachers”,and constructing high-quality dual qualification teachers team.
