基于Inventor平台的风机扩展基础参数化设计

摘要 随着风力发电技术的发展,传统的设计方法逐渐无法满足风机基础的设计要求,需要更高效、准确的设计方法。应用BIM技术对风机基础完成参数化设计是一种优秀的解决方案。文章依据实际风力发电项目中风机基础设计经验,以扩展基础为例,具体分析风机基础体型参数计算、体型建模、参数化工程图设计、参数化工程量统计、与三维配筋等软件的互通等参数化设计步骤,对通过Autodesk Inventor平台完成风机基础参数化设计完成从整体到细节的研究。 With the development of wind power generation technology,traditional design methods have gradually failed to meet the design requirements of wind turbine foundation,and more efficient and accurate design methods are needed.Applying BIM technology to complete the parameterized design of wind turbine foundation is an excellent solution.Based on the experience of wind turbine foundation design in actual wind power generation projects,this paper takes the spread foundation as an example to specifically analyze the calculation of wind turbine foundation shape parameters,shape modeling,parameterized engineering drawing design,parameterized engineering quantities calculation,the intercommunication with 3D reinforcement software,and other parameterized design steps.It completes the study from the whole to the details of the parameterized design of the wind turbine foundation through the Autodesk Inventor platform.
