油气层中井控安全起钻条件探讨——以川中东探区为例 被引量:2

摘要 油气井钻探过程中一旦发生井控事件往往造成重大的经济损失和不可估量的社会影响。油气层起下钻过程中井控事件多发,确定安全起钻的条件是起钻前井控工作的第一道关口,对于油气井井控工作意义重大。通过对不同层级、不同地区的典型井控标准的分析,结合现场施工,对以油气上窜速度确定安全起钻条件是否合理进行了探讨。仅以油气上窜速度判定是否满足起钻条件存在一定的片面性,提出在其他起钻条件满足现有井控标准的前提下,油气层井段起钻前先进行溢流检查,然后根据气测录井全烃峰值及全烃曲线变化情况综合判断,最后再以计算的油气上窜速度作为参考,确定是否满足起钻条件。现场施工过程中,可通过科学合理的判断起钻条件,在一定程度上减少井下无井控风险,以及因油气上窜速度过高不能起钻的情况,同时也能确保起钻过程中的井控安全。 During the process of well drilling,once well control accident occurs,it usually causes big economic loss and bad social impact,therefore,ensuring safe tripping conditions is the first step before tripping,which is important for oil and gas well control.Based on the analysis of typical well control standards in different levels and regions,combined with the field construction practice,whether it’s reasonable to make oil and gas upward channeling velocity as the reference has been discussed,while the conclusion indicates it’s not.On the premise that other drilling conditions meet the existing well control standards,it’s proposed that overflow checks should be first conducted,and then the comprehensive judgment should be made according to changes of the total hydrocarbon peak value and the total hydrocarbon curve in gas logging.Finally,the calculated oil and gas upward channeling velocity should be used as a reference.During on-site construction,through scientific and reasonable judgment of drilling conditions for tripping out,the risk of well control can be controlled,the possibility of unable to trip out due to too-high upward channeling velocity can be reduced,and therefore,the safe tripping out conditions can be guaranteed.
