摘要 数字化转型是以数字化技术为基础、以数据为核心、以产品服务转型以及流程优化重构为手段提升企业绩效与竞争力的变革.国际油服公司积极应用数字化技术,改变作业方式和管理模式.贝克休斯借助通用电气的力量,设立独立的数字化板块,依托Predix工业互联网平台,侧重设备运营,将自己打造成全球独一无二的全领域数字化油气工业公司.斯伦贝谢专注上游业务专业领域内部创新,构建DELFI环境数字化生态系统,强调数据、管理系统和硬件设备的有效组合,以实现更高水平的技术一体化,同时依托合资合作促进共同研发.中国油服企业应借鉴国际油服公司经验,建立统一的数字化平台,准确把握客户需求,紧密联合数字化企业,积极推进数字化转型. Digital transformation is a set of reforms and changes,which are based on digital technologies,focus on data,and depend on the transformation of products and services as well as process optimization,to improve enterprise performance and enhance its competitive advantage.International oilfield service companies,actively use the digital technologies to transform their operation types and management modes.With the help of GE,BHGE establishes an independent business segment of digital solutions,utilizes Predix platform and focuses on asset operation,considers itself as the world's first digital oil and gas company as well as the only one in the world covering upstream,midstream,downstream,industrial and digital business.Schlumberger focuses on domain knowledge innovation within upstream business,builds up DELFI Environment digital ecosystem,emphasizes the valid combination among data,management system and hardware equipment to facilitate the integration of technologies.It also holds very close cooperation with professional digital partners.In order to successfully implement digital transformation,Chinese oilfield service companies should learn experiences from international oil service companies,construct their unified digital platform,accurately understand customer needs,and establish close relationship with digital companies to promote digital transformation.
