摘要
开展蓄水工程生态环境效应遥感监测与评价研究,对促进区域生态环境逐步改善具有十分重要的现实意义。该文以内蒙古自治区乌拉盖水库为例,采用层次分析法对乌拉盖水库生态环境影响效果进行定量分析,判断乌拉盖水库建设对当地生态环境的影响。选取能够反映水库流域范围内生态环境的社会经济影响、生态环境影响以及气候变化影响3个一级指标,每个一级指标包含人口、经济、水资源、生态环境状况、土地利用、降雨、干旱等二级指标。结果表明,乌拉盖水库的建设对水库周边流域生态环境产生了一定正面影响,研究成果对维护库区周围的可持续发展具有重要意义,可为水库生态治理提供理论指导。
It is of great practical significance to carry out the study of remote sensing monitoring and evaluation of ecological environmental effects of water storage projects to promote the gradual improvement of regional ecological environment.This paper takes Wulagai Reservoir in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region as an example,and adopts the hierarchical analysis method to quantitatively analyze the ecological and environmental effects of Wulagai Reservoir,and to judge the impact of Wulagai Reservoir construction on the local ecological environment.Three level 1 indicators,namely,socio-economic impacts,ecological impacts,and climate change impacts,which can reflect the ecological environment within the reservoir basin,are selected,and each level 1 indicator contains secondary indicators of population,economy,water resources,ecological environment status,land use,rainfall,and drought.The results show that the construction of the Wulagai Reservoir has a certain positive impact on the ecological environment of the basin around the reservoir,and the research results are of great significance to the maintenance of sustainable development around the reservoir area,and can provide theoretical guidance for the ecological management of the reservoir.
