数字化转型背景下教师数字素养培育:时代价值、现实困境与突破路径 被引量:103

The Digital Literacy Cultivation of Teachers in the Context of Digital Transformation:Era Values,Realistic Dilemmas and Breakthrough Paths

摘要 教育数字化进程中,教师的数字素养是一个至关重要的因素。教师数字素养的培育有利于应对教育数字化转型挑战,为教师专业发展提供“新助力”;顺应数字经济发展趋势,为创新人才培养搭建“新平台”;把握未来教育变革方向,为高质量发展注入“新动能”。然而,当前理念滞后、课程缺乏、机制不足、保障乏力等现实困境,制约了教师数字素养培育实效的提升。为此,要着力探索教师数字素养培育的突破路径:一是观念先行,提升教师数字素养的价值认知与主体意识;二是系统培育,完善教师数字素养培育的培训供给侧改革;三是环境升级,构建教师数字素养培育的优质数字化氛围;四是体系保障,健全教师数字素养培育的全方位保障体系。 In the process of educational digitalization,the digital literacy of teachers is a crucial factor.The digital literacy cultivation of teacher is conducive to not only meeting the challenges of digital transformation of education,which can provide“new assistance”for professional development of teachers,but adapting to the trend of digital economy,which can build a“new platform”for the cultivation of innovative talents,also grasping the direction of future education reform,which can inject“new momentum”into highquality development.However,current realistic dilemmas,such as outdated concepts,lack of courses,inadequate mechanisms and inadequate guarantee,have hindered the improvement of the effectiveness of the digital literacy cultivation of teachers.To this end,efforts should be made to explore the breakthrough paths of the digital literacy cultivation of teachers-Firstly,prioritize the concept,to enhance the value cognition and subject consciousness of the digital literacy of teachers.Secondly,cultivate systematically,to improve the training supply-side reform of the digital literacy cultivation of teachers.Thirdly,upgrade the environment,to build a high-quality digital atmosphere for the digital literacy cultivation of teachers.Fourthly,guarantee the system,to perfect the comprehensive guarantee system for the digital literacy cultivation of teachers.
