摘要
"国培计划"是推进教师队伍建设的重要抓手,自2010年在中西部落地以来,围绕"国培计划"探讨如何科学合理评价项目培训质量一直受到广泛关注。当前,"国培计划"项目培训质量评价还存在偏重结果导向、评价主体与评价方式单一等问题。为进一步提高"国培计划"项目培训质量评价的科学性、专业性与客观性,可以引入OTP培训需求分析模式,构建一个涵盖投入到产出各环节及多元主体参与的"国培计划"项目质量评价OTP指标体系,确保评价的真实性与可靠性,继而为完善"国培计划"项目培训质量评价提供科学的理论依据与实践参考,切实提高教师培训整体质量。
The“National Training Program”is an important starting point for promoting the construction of the teaching team.Since its landing in the Midwestern in 2010,the discussion of the“National Training Program”on how to scientifically and reasonably evaluate the quality of project training has been widely concerned.At present,the training quality evaluation of the“National Training Program”still has problems such as emphasis on result orientation,single evaluation subject and evaluation method.In order to further improve the scientificity,professionalism and objectivity of the training quality evaluation of the“National Training Program”,the OTP training demand analysis mode can be introduced to construct a“National Training Program”covering all links from input to output and participation of multiple subjects.The quality evaluation OTP indicator system ensures the authenticity and reliability of the evaluation,and then provides a scientific theoretical basis and practical reference for improving the training quality evaluation of the“National Training Program”,and effectively improves the overall quality of teacher training.
