摘要
甲基苯丙胺(MA)依赖是一种以精神障碍为主要表现的慢性高复发性脑病,其依赖者常常对MA的再次摄入表现出强烈的心理渴求感,这种心理渴求感会诱导其患者出现强迫性觅药行为及戒断后的复吸。经颅磁(TMS)作为一种无痛无创的非侵入性脑刺激技术,在MA依赖的治疗中发挥着重要作用。本文旨在通过对TMS治疗MA依赖者心理渴求感的治疗方案及机制等相关研究进行系统综述,以期为TMS治疗MA依赖者心理渴求感的规范化临床应用提供借鉴。
Methamphetamine(MA)dependence is a chronic and highly recurrent encephalopathy characterized by mental disorders.Its dependents often show a strong psychological craving for the re-intake of MA.This psychological craving will induce their patients to appear compulsive drug seeking behavior and relapse after withdrawal.Transcranial magnetic stimulation(TMS),as a painless and non-invasive brain stimulation technology,is playing an important role in the treatment of MA dependence.The purpose of this paper is to systematically review the relevant research on the treatment scheme and mechanism of TMS in the treatment of MA addicts’psychological craving,with a view to providing reference for the standardized clinical application of TMS in the treatment of MA addicts’psychological craving.
