摘要
为准确预测深水高温高压油气井测试作业时,密闭及非密闭环空压力的变化规律,基于流体温压性质的变化规律,综合考虑流体温度、环空体积、流体质量变化,建立密闭及非密闭环空压力预测模型,研究不同变化因素对环空压力预测结果的影响。研究结果表明:充分考虑流体温压性质变化和流体质量变化影响后的环空压力预测结果更为准确;非密闭环空可以有效缓解持续上升的环空压力。研究结果可为深水油气井测试作业时,有效提升井筒管柱及屏障的完整性与安全提供一定参考。
In order to accurately predict the change law of the trapped and untrapped annular pressure build-up during the testing operation of deepwater high-temperature and high-pressure oil and gas well,on the basis of considering the change of fluid temperature and pressure properties,a prediction model of the trapped and untrapped annular pressure build-up was established,which comprehensively considered the change of fluid temperature,annulus volume and fluid mass,and the influence of different change factors on the prediction results of annular pressure build-up was analyzed.The results show that the prediction results of annular pressure build-up are more accurate after fully considering the influence of the change of fluid temperature and pressure and the change of fluid mass.The untrapped annulus can effectively alleviate the continuously rising annular pressure build-up.The research results can provide some technical support for the integrity and safety of wellbore string and barrier during the testing operation of deepwater oil and gas wells.
