多封隔器完井管柱优化研究 被引量:16

摘要 多封隔器裸眼分段完井管柱在高磨地区大规模使用,封隔器间密闭环空压力变化对管柱受力影响大,同时,完井封隔器的完全有效坐封是保障气井井筒完整性的关键点。为此,基于井筒传热机理,建立了多层环空瞬态温度计算模型,结合温度变化效应和体积变化效应,建立了封隔器间密闭环空压力变化计算模型,分析了改造和生产过程中多封隔器间密闭环空压力变化情况,并对完井管柱开展了三轴力学校核。结果表明,改造时,多封隔器间密闭环空压力会降低,生产时,多封隔器间密闭环空压力会升高;考虑多封隔器间密闭环空压力变化后,管柱三轴安全系数会不同程度的降低;基于多封隔器完井管柱结构特征和封隔器坐封原理,优化了完井管柱结构和施工工艺。研究成果对完井管柱结构设计、保障气井井筒完整性具有一定的支撑作用。 Multi-packer openhole stage completion string is widely used in GST-MX area,the pressure change in closed annulus between packers has a great influence on the string loads.Meanwhile,the complete effective setting of completion packer is the key point to ensure the integrity of gas well wellbore.For this reason,based on wellbore heat transfer mechanism,a multilayer annulus transient temperature calculation model is established.Combined with the effects of temperature change and volume change,a calculation model for annulus pressure change between packers is established,the annulus pressure change situation between packers during stimulation and production is analyzed,the pressure is then used to finish triaxial mechanics checking for completion string.The results show that the closed annulus pressure between multiple packers will decrease during the stimulation,and will increase during the production.The triaxial safety factor of the string will be reduced to different degrees when the pressure of the closed annulus between the multiple packers is considered.Combined with the completion packer setting principle and the problem of incomplete setting,three optimization measures to ensure complete and effective packer setting are proposed.The research results of this paper can support the optimization of multi-packer completion string mechanics and ensure the integrity of gas well wellbore.
