基于激光图像增强的车牌模糊边缘检测方法

摘要 受到车牌初始图像数据维度和精度的限制,传统的车牌边缘检测方法存在应用性能低的问题,为解决这一问题,基于激光图像增强的车牌模糊边缘检测方法。首先通过激光扫描仪器获取车牌初始图像;再通过激光图像增强,建立缩放和旋转模型和增强激光图像数据,实现图像处理,以确保识别的准确性与效率。最后在此基础上依据激光跃迁吸收情况,提取车牌区域,从颜色和轮廓两个方面提取车牌边缘特征,检测车牌模糊边缘点,通过激光偏振方向实现边缘点的连接与细化,实现车牌模糊边缘的检测。实验结果表明,本文方法的平均运行时间为10.6 s,车牌的正确识别率可达到为97.6%,并且峰值信噪比值达到了40 dB以上,表明设计车牌模糊边缘检测方法的应用性能较好,对于车牌识别领域的研究具有一定的参考价值。 Limited by the dimension and accuracy of the initial image data of the license plate,the traditional edge detection method of the license plate has the problem of low application performance.In order to solve this problem,a fuzzy edge detection method of the license plate based on laser image enhancement is proposed.First,the initial image of the license plate is obtained by laser scanning instrument;Then,through laser image enhancement,the scaling and rotation model is established and the laser image data is enhanced to realize image processing,so as to ensure the accu-racy and efficiency of recognition.Finally,on this basis,according to the laser transition absorption,extract the li-cense plate area,extract the edge features of the license plate from the two aspects of color and contour,detect the fuzzy edge points of the license plate,and realize the connection and refinement of the edge points through the laser po-larization direction,so as to realize the detection of the fuzzy edge of the license plate.The experimental results show that the average running time of this method is 10.6s,the correct recognition rate of license plate can reach 97.6%,and the peak signal-to-noise ratio reaches more than 40dB,indicating that the application performance of the fuzzy edge detection method of license plate is good,which has a certain reference value for the research in the field of license plate recognition.
