摘要
目的:探讨精准脉冲光(Delicate pulsed light,DPL)联合重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(Ecombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor,r-bFGF)治疗敏感性皮肤面部红斑的临床疗效。方法:按随机数字表法将2020年1月-2022年1月笔者科室收治的80例敏感性皮肤面部红斑患者分为对照组和研究组,每组40例。对照组单纯采取DPL治疗,研究组采取DPL联合r-bFGF治疗。比较两组临床疗效、康复时间与不良反应差异。结果:治疗后,两组皮肤敏感度评分均低于治疗前(P<0.05),但组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组患者主观症状缓解时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前和第1次治疗后,两组患者面部红斑面积比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);第2~3次治疗后,研究组面部红斑面积小于对照组(P<0.05)。两组末次治疗后2周的面部整体美学效果评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组患者治疗期间均未发生严重不良反应。结论:DPL联合r-bFGF治疗敏感性皮肤面部红斑的效果显著,起效快,安全性高,可作为治疗敏感性皮肤面部红斑的新方案。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of delicate pulse light(DPL)combined with recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor(r-bFGF)in the treatment of sensitive skin erythema.Methods According to the method of random number table,80 patients with sensitive skin erythema admitted by the author's department from January 2020 to January 2022 were divided into the control group and the study group,with 40 patients in each group.The control group was treated with DPL alone,while the study group was treated with DPL combined with r-bFGF.The differences of clinical efficacy,rehabilitation time and adverse reactions between the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the skin sensitivity scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The time of subjective symptom relief in the study group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment and after the first treatment,there was no significant difference in the facial erythema area between the two groups(P>0.05).After 2-3 times of the treatment,the area of erythema on the face of the study group was smaller than control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the scores of the overall facial beauty effect between the doctors and patients 2 weeks after the last treatment(P>0.05).There was no serious adverse reaction in both groups during treatment.Conclusion DPL combined with r-bFGF is effective and safe in the treatment of sensitive skin erythema.It can be used as a new scheme for the treatment of sensitive skin erythema.
