摘要
目的分析吡美莫司乳膏应用于女性面部敏感性皮肤临床治疗中的效果。方法选2016年1月～2017年1月我所收治的80例面部敏感性女性患者,并按照随机分配的原则将其分设为研究组及对照组,其中研究组的例数为40例,均使用吡美莫司乳膏进行治疗,对照组的例数为40例,给予常规的治疗措施,比较治疗前、后患者面部皮肤瘙痒程度评分(SP评分)与灼烧感程度评分(SB评分)变化,观察用药疗效及安全性。结果治疗后,对照组的SP评分与SB评分分别为(2.40±0.51)、(2.44±0.61)分,研究组患者SP评分与SB评分分别为(0.23±0.36)、(0.23±0.27)分,两组对比,研究组SP评分与SB评分与对照组比较,差异具统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组的临床总有效率显著低于研究组(P<0.05);两组均无严重不良反应发生,安全性高。结论吡美莫司乳膏应用于女性面部敏感性皮肤临床治疗可有效改善患者灼烧感与瘙痒症状,疗效理想,安全性好,推荐使用。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect in the treatment of female facial skin sensitivity with Pimeerolimus Cream. Methods 40 female patients with facial sensitivity in our center from January 2016 to January 2017 were selected,According to the principle of random assignment,all patients were divided into the study group（40 cases） and the control group（40 cases）.The patients of study group were treated with Pimecrolimus Cream,the patients of control group were given regular treatment.The degree of skin pruritus score （SP score） and degree of burning sensitivity score （SB score） were compared before and after treatment,and the efficacy and safety of the drug were observed. Results After treatment,the SP score and SB score in the control group were （2.40 ± 0.51）,（2.44 ± 0.61） points respectively,the SP score and SB score in the study group were （0.23 ± 0.36）,（0.23± 0.27） points respectively,the differences between two groups were statistical signifieance（P 〈 0.05）.The clinical total effective rate in control group was significantly lower than that in study group（P 〈 0.05）.There were no serious adverse reactions and high security in two groups. Conclusion Pimecrolimus Cream used in clinical treatment of female facial skin sensitivity can effectively improve burning sensitivity and itching symptoms of the patients,and have ideal curative effect,good safety,and is recommended.
