摘要
作为生成式人工智能的最新成果,ChatGPT通过监督式深度学习与人机集成强化学习相结合,实现了人机交互新格局,对公众的思维方式、认知范式和价值观念产生了深刻影响。ChatGPT带来了机遇也带来了挑战,在参与主体泛众化、价值路径多元化、内容生成简单化的运作表征下,舆论引导、双标效应、深度伪造等意识形态风险接踵而至。为此,在人工智能时代我们应以制度威力打造主流意识形态话语阵地、以价值共识应对意识形态领域风险挑战、以颠覆性技术推动意识形态治理智能化,从而化解以ChatGPT为代表的新一代人工智能产品带来的意识形态风险。
As the latest achievement of generative artificial intelligence,ChatGPT realizes a new pattern of human-computer interaction through the combination of supervised deep learning and human-computer integrated reinforcement learning,which has a profound impact on the public in terms of the way of thinking,cognitive paradigm and values.ChatGPT brings both opportunities and challenges.Under the operational characteristics such as the universality of participating subjects,the diversification of value paths,and the simplification of content generation,ideological risks as to public opinion guidance,double standard effect,and in-depth falsification come one after another.Therefore,in the era of artificial intelligence,we should build a three-dimensional front of mainstream ideological discourse with institutional power,respond to the risks and challenges in the ideological field with shared values,and promote the intelligence of ideological governance with subversive technology,so as to defuse the ideological risks brought by new-generation AI products represented by ChatCPT.
