摘要
目的回顾分析院内气机阻滞型习惯性便秘患者中应用自拟消胀清宿汤结合针刺方案的作用。方法纳入时间为2022年1月至2022年12月,将该时间段院内气机阻滞型习惯性便秘患者71例进行研究讨论,通过随机分配法安排为对照组(37例实施常规西药治疗方案)、观察组(34例实施常规西药、自拟消胀清宿汤、针刺治疗方案),对相关数据信息进行收集与整理,最后利用统计学进行处理。结果观察组血管活性肠肽低于对照组、血清5-羟色胺高于对照组、胃动素高于对照组、生长抑素低于对照组、P物质高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组各项生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组各项症状积分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组对治疗方案满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论于气机阻滞型习惯性便秘患者治疗中应用常规西药、自拟消胀清宿汤、针刺联合治疗方案,可帮助患者将临床相关指标控制在合理范围,有效改善患者临床症状,可对患者生活质量状态产生积极影响,为患者提供更为满意治疗方案。
Objective To retrospectively analyze the effect of self designed Xiaozhang Qingsu soup combined with acupuncture regimen on patients with habitual constipation caused by internal qi block in the hospital.Methods From January 2022 to December 2022,71 patients with habitual constipation caused by qi block in the hospital were included in the study and discussion.They were randomly assigned to a control group(37 cases receiving conventional Western medicine treatment plan)and an observation group(34 cases receiving conventional Western medicine,selfmade Xiaozhang Qingsu soup,and acupuncture treatment plan).Relevant data information was collected and organized,and finally processed using statistics.Results The vasoactive intestinal peptide in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the serum serotonin was higher than that in the control group,motilin was higher than that in the control group,somatostatin was lower than that in the control group,and substance P was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The symptom scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the observation group with the treatment plan was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of conventional western medicine,selfdesigned Xiaozhang Qingsu soup,and acupuncture combined therapy in the treatment of habitual constipation patients with qi block can help patients control clinical related indicators within a reasonable range,effectively improve clinical symptoms,and have a positive impact on the quality of life status of patients.It provides more satisfactory treatment plans for patients,and is worth promoting and applying in clinical practice.
