摘要
为研究叶轮几何参数对低比速离心式消防泵轴功率的影响,利用设计软件CFturbo,采用堵塞叶轮部分流道和降低叶轮出口直径相结合的设计方法,对某型低比速离心式消防泵进行了优化,并进行了试验验证。结果表明:堵塞叶轮部分流道时,叶片加厚适合采用从骨线向两边加厚的方式;采用堵塞叶轮部分流道和降低叶轮出口直径相结合的方法,可以在保证低比速离心式消防泵性能的前提下,有效降低最大轴功率,在全流量范围内实现无过载。研究结果可为低比速离心式消防泵的无过载优化提供参考。
In order to research the influence of geometric parameters of impeller on shaft power of low specific-speed centrifugal fire pump,software CFturbo was used to design impellers which were designed by clogging part of impeller passages and reducing D2.A low specific-speed centrifugal fire pump was selected as the research object and optimized.The results were proved by experiment.The results show that from center line of blade profile to both sides is suitable to thickening blade.By means of clogging part of impeller passages in combination with reducing D2,the hydraulic performance of low specific-speed centrifugal fire pump can be ensured,and the maximum shaft power can be effectively reduced to achieve the non-overload performance.It can provide a reference for the optimization research of low specific-speed centrifugal fire pump.
